Your Responsibilities as Operator and Leader

The Transaction Success Manager does not choose between leading and operating. Both are the job, simultaneously, at a high level. You carry a full deal load including the most complex transactions in the pipeline, while overseeing the performance, development, and daily operations of the Transaction Success Associates on your team. You are the standard this department operates by, and you set that standard through everything you do, not just through what you tell others to do.

Personal Deal Management
  • Carry and manage your own assigned deal load from contract execution through post-close at the same standard of precision expected across the department
  • Take primary responsibility for the most complex, high-stakes, and time-sensitive transactions including creative finance deals, novations, and deals in unfamiliar markets
  • Serve as the highest-level point of coordination on deals requiring advanced knowledge of title issues, lien resolution, heirship matters, and non-standard deal structures
  • Review all settlement statements and HUDs on your deals before closing and resolve any discrepancies immediately
  • Maintain complete and accurate records for all personally assigned deals in Resimply CRM and Google Drive at all times
  • Represent Fazio at the highest level of professionalism at every deal touchpoint including sellers, buyers, title, lenders, agents, and partners
Team Oversight and Auditing
  • Conduct proactive audits of TSA deal files and CRM records to identify gaps, errors, or risks before they escalate
  • Monitor the pipeline health of every active deal across your team on a consistent basis
  • Identify patterns in team performance, recurring errors, and pipeline bottlenecks and address them directly
  • Review team closing timelines against Expected Profit Dates and intervene proactively when deals are at risk of delay
  • Maintain a clear view of every deal in the department and know the status of each without needing to be asked
  • Ensure all TSAs are maintaining CRM accuracy, Google Drive organization, and communication standards on every deal
Escalation and Decision-Making
  • Serve as the first point of escalation when a TSA encounters a problem they cannot resolve independently
  • Step into active deals when situations require a higher level of experience, authority, or urgency
  • Make day-to-day operational decisions on behalf of the team without requiring ownership involvement
  • Escalate anything structural, systemic, or beyond your authority directly to ownership with full context and a recommended course of action
  • Never allow a deal to fall apart or a problem to compound due to a failure to escalate when escalation is warranted
Training, Development and Standards
  • Lead the onboarding of new Transaction Success Associates including systems, standards, processes, and expectations
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to TSAs on deal management, communication, documentation accuracy, and professional conduct
  • Identify individual development areas for each TSA and address them through direct guidance, deal reviews, and real-time feedback
  • Set the standard for how this department operates through your own example as much as through your direction
  • Track team performance metrics including volume, speed, error rates, and review collection and report department health to ownership clearly and consistently
  • Contribute to the development of SOPs, checklists, and systems that improve department-wide efficiency and accuracy

Availability and Compensation

Real estate does not always operate on a Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 schedule. While this role is not structured to demand evenings or weekends, there are occasions where light activity, a time-sensitive message, or a deal update may surface outside of standard hours. This is the exception, not the rule. That said, we want to understand your flexibility and your commitment to the mission.

Compensation Overview

This is a performance-based contracted role. Compensation is earned per deal closed with monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities tied to volume, speed, accuracy, and the experience you create for every party involved. Transaction Success Managers at Fazio typically earn between $5,000 and $12,000 per month depending on personal deal volume, team performance, and bonus achievement. High performers operating at full capacity with a high-performing team have earning potential well above that range. Full compensation details are shared during the interview process.
