Transaction Success Associate

The Transaction Success Associate coordinates and manages the full lifecycle of every deal from executed contract through closing and funding. You work directly with sellers, buyers, title companies, and internal team members to ensure every file moves forward without delay.

This is a detail-oriented, fast-paced role that requires strong organizational habits, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously. If you thrive on structure, deadlines, and the satisfaction of a clean close, this role was built for you.

• Manage all assigned deal files from contract execution through closing and funding
• Coordinate with title companies, sellers, buyers, and internal team members on all open files
• Track and follow up on missing documents, signatures, EMDs, and title requirements
• Maintain complete and accurate deal records in ReSimply CRM at all times
• Flag exception items including foreclosure, probate, HOA, and heirship issues for immediate resolution
• Ensure all closing documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
• Communicate deal status updates to relevant team members and partners proactively

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously without dropping details
• Proactive communicator -- you reach out before people have to ask
• High attention to detail with zero tolerance for document errors
• Familiarity with real estate transaction coordination, title, or escrow preferred
• Disciplined CRM habits and deadline accountability
