You carry a full deal load including the most complex transactions in the pipeline, while overseeing the performance, development, and daily operations of the Transaction Success Associates on your team. You are the standard this department operates by, and you set that standard through everything you do, not just through what you tell others to do.
A Transaction Success Manager at Fazio is measured at two levels simultaneously. Personally, your deals close on time, your files are clean, and every party you touch leaves with confidence in this company. At the team level, your TSAs are growing, the pipeline is healthy, errors are caught before they escalate, and the department is moving more deals with greater efficiency month over month.
